At a high level, there are about two-three dozen Humvees and hundreds of national guard uniforms missing that haven't been recovered from national guard armories nationwide. I'm not aware of any missing hospital/medical uniforms missing, but I have dozens of stories of fire and police uniforms missing or stolen from NYPD, Chicago, and various locations in CA.
