Only shock is that dozens of others are not charged with the same thing. Also, how does he acquire campaign money for his personal use? Is it ever legitimate to do so?
Keeping the loot is why losers like Sanders keep running for offices that they could never win, but they get to keep the Millions in "Donations" anyway, win or lose.
And bribes to drop out and not be a spoiler.
If you didn't have an aversion to being a gigantic hypocrite and a con man you too could have a "summer cabin" on Lake Champlain that is a four-bedroom, 1,800-square-foot house with 500 feet of beachfront.

I think they can use it to pay any travel costs associated with campaigning, and probably only marginally related to campaigning. So all they have to do is CLAIM some trip is "campaigning", and then have first class air travel and four star lodging along with gourmet meals for wherever they go. They can claim things like, "I met with X representative of Y corporation about contributing to my campaign and to discuss Y corporations potential business in our state" while in Hawaii.
