"Odd that constitutionally sensitive actions were handled with less direct oversight than routine ones." perhaps this is because he knew that routine ones would not become criminally liable actions, but the others would.
My impression is that he is so thoroughly afflicted with TDS that he did EVERYTHING he could to get Trump, and his TDS convinced him Trump was guilty, regardless of whatever evidence was lacking. I hope he gets a cell with the likes of Brennan, Clapper, Schiff (haven't heard anything from Schiff for brains in quite a while...hmmm)
