Exactly this and properly taxes!!! Once the builder gets their full payment from a bank loan or cash, they should not tax it again.

Which is exactly why we should not support police when they tase people over situations that start bc of expired plates. I've seen many people on here cheering for the cops bc the 'people should just comply' with registration tyranny, they say. But we should all be free to travel without restrictions.

I had a habit of chewing tobacco. I finally was able to lick the habit, had been free of chewing for a few weeks.
Turned on the TV one night, and what do you think was on? The Outlaw Josie Wales!
Old Josie spitting that tobacco "flung a craving on me" to quote Marcel Ledbetter. In no time I was uptown at the Lil Champ buying a plug of Bull of the Woods.
I love watching ole Josie, but have to steel myself against the temptation when I watch it.
