It seems too simplistic to view all countries as either 'good or bad'. There are a lot of 'bad guys' and sometimes they are fighting each other for control of a resource - in this case Venezuela and its resources and its prime location just below the US China, Iran, and Cuba all had deep ties there and growing. Even if they were somehow hostile to the TDA gang, that doesnt mean they were doing anti cabal work - I would bet it just means some other group wanted to take power and the gang was in the way. Two gangs fighting over a resource doesnt make one of them good just because they are fighting the other gang. Just like China promotes all kinds of degeneracy in western TikTok, but bans it at home because it is bad for social fabric.
100% correct.
Based on the information from the Intelligence memo, we still cannot know too much about what Maduro is or was doing, etc. But it is useful input, and can probably help one to put some of the pieces of the puzzle together. But conjecture is always conjecture.
