I would LOVE this, if only because how smug this rich girl I went to high school with who moved to Iceland is about how "civilized" things are there because she doesn't have to pay directly for healthcare or childcare and they "don't have real poverty" and "take care of their old people." She could easily afford to live in the US and pay for all of those things herself like an adult but she wants to live there and probably pay insane taxes instead just so she can avoid even having to be around people who work hard for those things. Like, the actual best part of this would be taking all of those things away from those people so they have to learn to pull themselves up by their bootstraps if they want nice things.

Canada maybe because it is rightfully American land since it is located on North American tectonic plate but not Europe. The USA needs to follow Monroe doctrine.
