I cannot speak for Putin, but Xi and the CCP, no way. They have made their intensions very clear for years and are actively working in the US and other countries to bring us down. Xi wants the CCP to dethrone the US and take over as the world's hegemonic power. He thinks he is an emperor. The CCP are ruthless tyrants that oppress their own people. They have taken trillions of dollars from the Chinese people as well as US taxpayer money to enrich themselves while at the same time destroy us. Xi is not an ally and is not working with Trump. The CCP is part of the problem.
As far as Q drops - disinformation is necessary.
An argument could be made that Xi is working with Trump, but is being undermined by his own CCP Deep State. Either way, this movie is getting exciting.
