It's a good shoot so I don't see a problem. You try to run over any LEO with a car you will get shot. You try to run over me or any other armed civilian with a car and get shot by that person it's a good shoot. Straight up self-defense. If you don't want to get shot, don't attack someone with a deadly weapon.
