Three times a week, I have been buying one quality steak at the grocery meat department. My husband and I share it, along with a lot of steamed veggies. Great, healthy dinner and not that expensive at all.
(I think RFK’s push here is primarily referring to adults who’ve been trained by propaganda and retarded doctors that “fat is bad and will kill you” and children who are fed a nonstop diet of soy until the boys develop breasts and the girls are crushed under massively amplified emotions, not so much to people not being able to afford steak - but yes a good size steak splits between two adults quite easily)
Steak is great if you can afford it
Try chuck roast with a lot of marbling. Cut into 1” pieces and cook until brown on exterior.
Most of that is as good as sirloin, strips. Much cheaper.
Sous vide greatly transforms chuck roast, upgrades it into a "Charles roast". Also pressure cooked chuck roast is surprisingly tender.
