No I am serious about tagging them with a crime, even tho "breaking into the country is also a crime."
The point of they are here illegally = no documentation.
This means they are NOT on a purpose-built "immigration" database.
So, they can't be found that way.
Searching the Welfare data-base may be too politically insensitve. Can you imagine? Although people receiving multiple payments would certainly require a second look.
But you need data.
Now, by checking "who is sending money to [list of countries]", via wire-transfer services - they can be tracked via the money being sent overseas, whether they admit to receiving welfare in the USA, or not, TBH.
But, it would be low-hanging fruit, for an ICE operation, by all means.
I hope all that and more is done but when politicians are given all the information to do the right thing, they continually never follow through. They know they will be the next ones cheating and stealing from us and they don't want it to be their heads on the chopping block one day.
A surprisingly large number of people fail a Form 4473 ATF background check by checking yes to the box about being in the United States illegally or unlawfully.
Can’t they just lie and check the other box? He’s basically telling them which one to check.
The form better also say this:
FAILURE TO CORRECTLY REPORT YOUR STATUS IS PUNISHABLE BY PRISON, $10,000 FINE, LOSS OF CITIZENSHIP and Permanent BANNING FROM the USA.
NICE. But who will report the misreporting?
That is the question, isn't it? Safeguards must be put in place.
Fancy talk without backup plans, action and enforcement = zero.
auditors.
Add a new law: any non-citizen arrested for protesting our government will be immediately deported.
So, it's all self reported? I don't think illegals will suddenly have a crisis of conscience and tell the truth on a federal form. 🤷♀️
no, but misreporting is a crime.
if they do it, they run the risk of flagging themselves. as criminals.
And breaking into our country is a crime but that didn't stop them.
But, if they are here illlegally AND they commit a crime, then there is all the more reason to find them.
The crime part is a much easier list to navigate, IMO.
Stop, or I'll say Stop again.

Much better than Biden setting the gears in motion to track transactions of $600 or more. He was an idiot, and stole Trump's election in 2020!
Does "checking a box" come before or after a "sternly worded letter".? Asking for a fren.....
