In Nigeria in the eighties. my dad was told by his company to carry a hundred bucks in his car at all times. They called it 'dash'. It was needed to bribe the police officer, when they pulled one over, for ostensibly 'blocking the King's highway' (e.g., when waiting at an intersection, for example.) This avoided employees being hauled off to the police station for hours and possibly beaten.
I must add that the police went after white faces - i.e., drivers.
Also, the company forgot to add that this dash-rule applied to air-travel as well - My dad was held at gun-point in the North of the country, for two whole days, while the company was in a panic to get him back. All he had was a briefcase full of papers, for a meeting. No dash. In his dotage he recalls the masked men sitting him on a chair, and yelling at him repeatedly "Where da monee" . His pilot managed to fly to another airport and notify the company ...
Let's break out the secret weapons Americans used while extracting Maduro a couple of weeks ago. Hit the protesters with the weapon and watch them melt in pain.
ICE is also using TRAINS to deport people to areas that have less liberals. Quicker to get them from a high population center to an airport for deportation.
We live in a world built from a video game culture. We are pushed by propaganda that makes you believe you are the hero, despite the fact that from an external perspective, you appear to be the villain. If not for Q, I suggest many more people would be either participants or sympathetic to the "mostly peaceful" protests than we have now.
The current videos show almost no people at the "protests." Most (and possibly all) are self admitted part of an organization, not organic, and some admitted or proven to be paid to be there. Many people (normies) are asking the question, if it's an organization, who pays for it?
Previous riots from the past were far larger. They were made by the same group, and for similar reasons, but they have an opposite effect than intended, purely because of the loss of control of the media.
I think (and mind I was never into public demonstrations so my information is second hand and decades old at best) that small, quiet, protests do not require a permit.
If they are expected to become massive, the organizers of the event have to apply for a city permit. I don't know if there are fees involved. I don't recall if the organizers assume any liability. And unfortunately, I don't remember if they are required to supply security for the event.
That being said -- what these people are doing -- permit or no permit -- is illegal. You can't hinder law enforcement. You can't block traffic. There are also probably ordinances on noise restriction, disturbing the peace, and disorderly conduct. But I don't see any regular cops and I don't know if federal officers would be able to enforce ordinances. There are probably a whole pile of things on the books these people could get nailed for if the cops would cooperate and get busy arresting people.
Personally -- I wonder why the moms with newborns and toddlers haven't called the cops about the noise. Nap time is about the only time moms catch up with themselves and with these idiots carrying on -- no babies are doing any napping for sure!
Amazing how all five pillars of this Amendment were shattered on Jan 6, 2021, in one brutal wave of treasonous, violent terrorism against Peaceful Patriot Protesters.
I would think using a high powered blow horn at short range would be a form of assault. Also, impeding traffic is a crime so there is that.

Be sure to play in the streets!

I just want to see demented lefties standing in front of trains trying to stop them. :)
It's mostly peaceful protests + Grand Theft Auto.

But but but what’s the definition of peaceably???
🤦♂️
Not running over people with your car may be a decent start in that definition...
Not firing a gun
Not beating people with sticks
Carry on..
Basically, the normal pre AI/woke Webster definition
... mostly peaceful ...
1A defines 5 rights. This is the 4th and the 5th isn’t used enough.

Logic does not apply.
