Funny in our current environment of massive wins, this medical win that would in any other time be monumental, goes by relatively unnoticed, un-celebrated.

Celebrating. That's another win. Here in Florida we are winning even more. Vaccines will no longer be mandatory under any circumstances. All vaccines. All circumstances. Just watch the autism rates go down among Floridians who don't stupidly think their doctors can do no wrong because they were educated at a prestigious school. Also, there will be no more poisonous fluorine in our water or heavy metal particulates falling from our skies. What a time to be alive. Before Trump, I had little hope of seeing things like this.
The headline is misleading. As I read it, this applies to Medicare and Medicaid only. Am I missing something?
I'd like to see a complete list of financial bonuses doctors get for helping children. Might be some that I'd say no thanks don't want it or need it thank you very much.
