I read a post on X that in Minneapolis or St. Paul that a ‘Foreign National’ who was elected to some position in the city is telling the community to call 911 if ICE is in their community. A lot of calls are just to report ICE activity.
I would say overwhelmed by who? The question is, can an out of state citizen reach 911 services for a city in another state using an 800 or other terrestrial number other than 911?
