We need to do something about these big cities voting in representation that doesn’t represent the majority of the state. NOVA is killing Virginia and I feel the majority of the population in that area weren’t even born here. I, as someone else said, feel like a stranger in my own state. NYC is doing the same for NY. Tired of being swept up in these big cities vortexes with their commie policies. Please mandate ID and in person voting again.
It would be fantastic if the Electoral College Model could be applied at the State Level as well, but that is a highly improbable/near impossible task since it would require Legislative action at the State level and Blue States would certainly not want to cede any leverage they have from the current system. We can dream though.
Looking at the financial side here: all of this results in a much higher cost of living. So, if you are not in on the take (waste / fraud / abuse) you’ll have no choice but to join in somehow. If you are already in on the take, you are going to have to find a way to increase your grift of the system. All this will do is feed the greed.
