Then it started really going around in February, and by April there were lockdowns.

But after I saw how a blue (laser) beam does not affect a blue shop rag, but it burns all the other color shop rags, I've come to believe that "project blue beam" being about holograms etc. was just a carefully crafted disinformation campaign.
All the "leakers" etc. That's how I would do it if I was in charge of a program like that.
