Trump should cut off all rental payments until theybdefault then buy the properties at the fire sale. You k ow there is a pile of mortgage fraud 8nvolved.
Private Equity companies do the same thing funnily enough. A favorite tactic is to sell off the property to another company they also control. Then charge the first company exorbitant rent.
I dont suppose they can at least be identified and put on administrative leave while investigation is performed by a noncongressional body like the US Marshalls?
