Agree, been saying this for a while. It's the only way to be fair, rescind them all, revert the "citizen" back to the country of family origin, where the parents come from, especially the mother because she is the one having the baby on American soil.
I know this is going to happen; it’s just a matter of when (IMO). What I find myself frequently wondering is where they ‘draw the line’? This birthright citizenship has been going on for DECADES. At what year is the line drawn OR how are they going to enforce this? I’m sure President Trump has a plan already…🤷♀️
Yep, the sad thing is I became US citizen in 2016 and Barry was the one who signed my certificate of naturalization not Trump or Bush. I was claimed by my sister and best friend in 2000 wait until immigration services told me it was the right time legally did all my paperwork. My cousins are Americans and my nephew served in the military. I am 💯 conservative and voted for Trump 3 times already in 2016, 2020 and 2024. Hopefully people who will try Barry for traitor do not see this problematic and fix it. I sent a letter to President Trump about my situation he responded with a letter calming me down. I trust him.
Exactly, the immigration status of the child should depend on if both the parents are citizens before the child is old enough to hold a job. Or if the primary parent is a citizen should the other parent be absent or deceased.
Not only does it need to end but anyone born of illegal status within the last reasonable timeframe, lets say the cutoff is the Bush years since Obama was totally fraudulently elected, just gets it revoked and your demoted to permenant resident status at best.
Its not the child's fault but still it came about unlawfully.
Yes, settle that issue but then decide what to do about the millions of anchor babies already born and raised here. No, it wasn't their fault or decision to be put into that situation, it was their parents crime. But do the American citizens have to pay for that crime too?
It has never been legal, and we do not need to pick a cut off date. If you were granted citizenship under fraud, regardless of whether you actively participated, it is still fraud.
Anchor babies GO HOME. Deport Kamala Harris.
Massie's still a mope. Even a broken clock is right twice a day.
Massie doesn't have an AIPAC handler.
I just went and checked. You are correct.
Not only end, but retroactively rescinded

Hope so

I am sure he does.
Maybe their countries begin to thrive they will want to go home ?
That’s a possibility.
When you truly realize that immigration has been weaponized against the United States for a long long time.

That is very cool! Nothing like having assurance from the big man himself!
I believe it has been a while.

I agree.
Kamala be gone.
President Trump discussed ending birthright citizenship months ago.
of course
They must go back.
Sure hope they do.
💯

Kamala would be gone. Would you be sad?
Ahahah ha ...well. no.

Major problem for sure.
Not only must end but must also be reversed for everyone that became a citizen this way.
Yes.

Agree.
