There are waaaaaay too many activist judges legislating from the bench. The Senate needs to get in gear and begin having Treason tribunals on all these dem judges. Either apply the law equally and fairly...AS WRITTEN, or get off the bench. If they cannot do they they need to be booted off, without the ability to collect a pension, welfare, or social security. And have all of their assets seized so they can feel the pain of having run a good race and still coming in last, just like they do to all conservatives.
Wonder if the Supreme Court could also start terminating judges when they rule on their cases and show that the ruling was activist/obstructionist type ruling like this
Ironically, its the judges that have been preventing (and are preventing) the very impeachment hearings we need. Blocking laws, orders and the thousands of "non news worthy" rulings to bit by bit chip away at our ability to hold them accountable.
This is lawless activism that we will be vindicated on.
