If they can prove their income was "honest" I might go so far as to allow them to apply to come back legally. Maybe... those that assimilated once under the table and radar would not struggle too badly doing so again. Those folks should take the free ride back home with the "bonuses" being offered still for self deporting. Any illegal that has been sucking up tax payer funds directly or indirectly should never be considered.

Oh FFS. Name a piece of legislation ever passed that DIDN'T have backdoors and actually used discretion. Here's a hint: there are none.
