According to Unsolved Mysteries, the camera only recorded every other frame, so what you are seeing is a helicopter. They actually said this on an actual episode. I knew nothing of AF1 when I watched it and I totally didn't believe the explanation.

She was stored at Bremerton, Washington, until 1 October 2001, when she entered the Nuclear-Powered Ship and Submarine Recycling Program at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton for scrapping. Her scrapping was completed on 3 January 2003.[1]

Likely Sky King didn’t even exist, a remote controlled RC plane.
Yes he drew a Q over the island which big tech billionaires used, with weirdly named streets in it, and apparently anti missile/aircraft defenses.
He also performed very difficult maneuvers and flight patterns for someone who “only played video games” including the barrel rolls.
The plane had a big Q in the name, and the audio sounds very fake scripted and almost overtly comedic on purpose.
