On Telegram a few years back during lockdown era, there was once a whistleblower who said they use them to create human sex dolls for the elite. They cut off all 4 limbs and surgically remove their tongue and eyes so they cannot see their faces or call out for help.
They are abused for hours without being able to struggle and then stored in closets for most of the day until they are fed and used again.
They usually do not survive more than a few weeks due to the mental stress and trauma of being locked in a closet for 20 hours a day or so with no limbs, voice or sight.
It was a grim story that I chalked up to attention seeking for clicks but good god it could have actually been real all along now given what we know.. Maybe this is what Q meant by saying not everything can be revealed as it will put people in mental asylums knowing the full scale of this global horror!!!

I used to be an evidence custodian. I had to destroy a h-u-g-e file on child porn that had been determined as no longer of value (The case completed all appeals). I made the mistake of actually looking at what I was destroying. Suffice to say that I still "see" the rape of a toddler clear as day. I wish I could cut that image out of my brain.
