I think there is a high chance this will happen. Already looking like it will be tough to have a majority. All Democrats are virtually guaranteed to oppose it, excluding Fetterman who could honestly go either way. Regardless, there is not enough support to invoke cloture.
Quite frankly I think the future of our nation hangs in the balance with this bill.

They already have 49, They have 4 republicans left to vote which will vote no because they want to damage Trump but they have fetterman if he stands up.
I think this is important enough that Trump will do some dealing and have to concede something to the Dems. This happens on nearly every bill - not sure what would move the needle for the Dems to let this one go through (I'm talking about the RINOs Murkosky Collins Paul and maybe Thune) but I feel certain the horse-trading will occur on this one. Like OP says, this one is a big one and must pass.

I believe this situation, like everything else we're watching play out, is subject to the long view that Q has given us.
I just can't subscribe to feeling panic over anything when Q has told us not to. Anger at the dumb-fuck Republicans for not understanding the moment they're in and the opportunity they have? Sure. Definitely. But no panic.
This is all theater, and I believe the dem's are out of moves. All they have is obstruction and bullying, which eventually stop working.

time is running out rapidly. not a lot of time before mid-terms to set up everything for changes that need to be made. BUT,, with all that is coming out about all of the voter fraud, it may not matter if it passes. enough evidence of machine fraud, they could be banned (??). hopefully. there will be very much scrutiny and fact checking over the votes ,, hopefully. should be enough people demanding it.
