I might be wrong, but Learning Resources biggest market is schools and daycares. Their products are $$$$$$$$. They make bank, all paid for by taxpayers. Another racket.
BYD from China filed a lawsuit in the US Court of International Trade, challenging the legality of tariffs imposed under IEEPA. The legal challenge seeks to declare the tariff orders invalid, obtain a permanent injunction against their enforcement, and secure refunds of all tariffs paid since April 2025, plus interest and litigation costs. This case was filed on Jan 26 and it could be a costly one. They knew the SCOTUS case was pending and used the same legal rationale regarding the legality of the tariffs.
Something is very sus with all of this. I knew ACB would come down on the side of business. Her family is well connected in those circles. Roberts is compromised and I don't know what the deal is with Gorsuch.
Frankly, all Chinese EVs should be banned from the US markets on national security grounds as well as public safety and health. BYD is bleeding cash right now and has run to the end of their car scam in China and with their exports. Their cars are a disaster and should not be allowed on our roads.
The problem with Chinese EVs is they are subsidized by the CCP and they are cheap. All those companies aren't even making a profit. Every car they make they take a loss on, and it is substantial. There is no way any other company can compete. Some people only look at price when buying something as important as a car.
Those damn cars are exploding all over China. Not to mention they certainly can't handle our winters and they rust within 2 years. Russia has found out the hard way what trash those cars are. The Russians are pissed and don't want them. Chinese EVs aren't selling. People are either keeping their old cars or are trying to find used Western cars.
This is one area where I thought the Trump administration made a mistake by using IEEPA to impose tariffs on Chinese EVs when there were other mechanisms they could have used. BYD I believe is the only Chinese EV maker that filed a suit. Something about a time window in which to file and they got in by the deadline.
Well, you are smarter than the average bear. But many people are not and don't even think about asking about repair costs, much less the insurance. With Chinese EVs good luck trying to get repair parts. Even when they get the repair parts they often don't fit. It's a mechanics nightmare. I would never own one. I'm just fine with my almost 25 year old Jeep.
Step1. Identify companies benefiting from zero tariffs
Step2. Identify lobbyists / donors / friends of those who voted for this, not just the traitorous ones
Step3. Identify any companies known to be affiliated to epstein's network that overlap with the above.
Step4. Boycott the following:
all companies who we can say lobbied for this change
all companies that show financial benefit from the change
any company praising the tariff ruling
Step5. Boycott and highlight all companies I the crossover between Step3 and Step1 & 2, and both boycott and flag these with your reps/senators. Bring your receipts for it.
If nothing is done, then we will know whomelse needs culling when the revolution comes

It’s antisemitic to notice that.
Of course.
It’s actually Learing Resources they own.

If you don't them, they don't get your money.

a while back, I looked at EV. Found out about the price and the battery and said, "No way."

They are nothing but CCP controlled incendiary devices. When the time comes, they will cause havoc.
Plus where I go there's no charging stations. You got to shit me to buy one.
Give me an amen if you intend to let them know you won't be supporting their business due to their selfish concerns over what is best for our country.
Amen

looks like plastic junk
I wonder if those plastics from China are altogether safe. Perhaps it's time to investigate what's really in those toys.
I read that the man who started this company was one of the first employees of Seagrams.
