No he didn’t. I specifically watched for interactions between the Supreme Court. He either shook hands or verbally greeted them.

Your hypothesis is indeed very likely.
Needed the perceived loss and other narrowed votes to sustain the air of legitimately. So, when the democrats say the SC is a Trump puppet, it will ring reasonably hollow. When watching the show, remember this: Drama, Drama, Trump Wins! To the public, it is much more like a TV series where the good guy wins in each episode or collection of episodes for bigger problems.

Also, people seem to be forgetting that President Trump nominated her for the SC. He's the one that had her appointed. So, it doesn't really look good for him to snub the SCJ HE is responsible for having a lifetime appointment as a SCJ.
