I do believe Trump indicated their Navy would be totally destroyed...likely already done as I type this. That blockade will be about as effective as a mask against an engineered scamdemic.
All that is needed to truly block that is a single missile taking out a ship going through the narrow part. It would be blocked for months, no navies required
