I believe it's Reza Pahlavi, the Crown Prince.

Reza Pahlavi (born 31 October 1960) is an Iranian political activist and dissident in exile in the United States. A member of the Pahlavi dynasty, he is the eldest son of Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, the last shah of Iran, and his wife the empress Farah Diba. He is described as one of the most prominent figures in the opposition to the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
