How about 1964 silver prices? Silver coins were just face value. In the mid-70s, I was still finding plenty of silver dimes and quarters in the change where I worked. I swapped them all out at face value. I wish I'd had the money to buy entire rolls of silver back then.
I missed out on some things. Did pick up 2oz of silver tho and a house when the prices and interest rates were still pretty good. So not too bad thankfully!
It will go back down before too long. My computer only has 8GB, but it does everything I want. I built my computer 13 years ago. I can afford to wait a bit before I do a major upgrade. All I've done so far in 13 years is replace the hard drive with an SSD several years ago when it started making noises. I cloned it, so it was an easy swap out.
How about 2018 silver prices
1996 silver prices.
Or
the introduction bitcoin wallet which was $7 for a wallet and 12 bitcoins.
I remember when bitcoins were 25 cents each. I should have dumped my life savings into it then.

I reload.
How about we didn't buy "Safe and Effective" which more then makes up for all the things we didn't buy but should have.
2009 house prices were pretty sweet.
My house has tripled in value since I bought it in 1999, and I have done only a few improvements.
I wish I had bought a few shares of Microsoft stock back in 1986. I could have been rich.
I don't think about 2019 ammo prices. I think about 1999 ammo prices, when 22LR was dirt cheap for a 550 box. The boxes don't contain 550 anymore.
I bought that ammo at the price and lower and shot 10's of thousands of rounds.
I don't need to practice much anymore.
5.7 used to be so much more affordable 😭
