Congress should not be allowed to vote on anything that pertains to themselves, such as raises, vacations, punishment, misconduct, sexual harassment issues, insurance, etc. It should be sent back to local governments that the Congressman represents. If he deserves a raise give him one, if not then he/she doesn't get one. This voting bloc of good ole' boys has got to end. Heck it's no wonder they think they are 'elite'. They need to answer to their constituents.
Those items are Kryptonite to those troglodytes we have in congress and there has to be for THE US CITIZENS to take back their government from these individuals and BAN ALL MONIES EXCEPT FROM THE DISTRICTS/STATES THEY REPRESENT!!!!!!
In other words: THESE "CONGCRITTERS" RUN ON THEIR RECORD NOT WHAT THEY WANT TO DO!!!!!
First of all I love the words troglodytes and congcritters, very descriptive and yes this is the way. Currently they have no oversight or citizen input on their decisions. What a conflict of interest that is allowed to take place. They all need to have their leashes jerked as they are out of control.

Yes, we have our usual review with our supervisor. After that, she said the final number is determined by AI. Great huh? Not even a human has the final decision. These healthcare institutions are completely nuts, imo. I hate working there but am trying to make it a few more years.
Nothing like passing the buck. How do you argue with AI? I'm a retired RN of 35+ years and glad to be out of that rat race. My friend is a General Practitioner MD and is complaining about AI taking over her Clinic workplace. She is not happy about it.

I 1000% agree with this!!!! I've asked why raises etc dont go on the ballot every two years for this exact reason. Who the hell decides to give themselves a raise and just informs their boss about it? No one.
I know right? If that were the case all the employees could just get together and give themselves better health insurance, raises, no consequences, why even bother to show up to work. Oh yeah, Congress does that too. What a scam.

I'd like to know where in any law it says that they have the rights to do this. Maybe POTUS should make an executive order and see what happens let it Go through the courts. This is the biggest conflict of interest I've ever heard of

I think it is what I have been calling out for years. RINO's are democrats, and always have been. If you do not enforce your borders, you invite infiltration / invasion.
The GOP has been infiltrated and compromised. It has been for years, and nothing has ever been done to fix that. There is a party today that is what the GOP used to be, that party is the Constitution Party, but it is ignored because people have been brainwashed into a 2-party system that excludes those not in the "Club".
That is not what the founders of our Constitutional Republic intended.
