Sadly, I think it may not matter, because I think in a matter of months, not years, almost all Customer Service Roles will be handled by AI.
And as horrible as an Indian Call Center is, at least they’re still human beings.
I love so much of what AI can do for us, but chatting with an AI bot is atrocious.
Ai is ghey as shit, questionably efficient and an obvious bubble. I have no idea why so many people think that it is going to take over all these jobs lol

You do realize that AI isn't profitable right? Chatgpt is literally running out of money. There's also not enough infrastructure to support it.
Maybe AI will see some major use in the government but as far as it replacing millions of skilled laborers it needs to get A: a lot better and B: profitable.

So far XAI in my opinion is better than the average native speaking person. Those people are also kind of stupid sometimes.
