I highly recommend buying one or two (I own two) of the stainless steel countertop water distillers with a charcoal final filter. I use distilled water for everything now. The distilling kills all the bacteria, removes the chlorine and fluoride, leaves the excess metals and minerals behind, and removes odors and toxins with the charcoal.
Each distiller can make up to 3 gallons per day (every 5-6 hours). I use it for making tea, coffee, soups, rice, diluting juice drinks, boiling noodles, making clear ice, and of course for drinking water.
I figure I am now in control of my water purity. I make sure that the tanks are clean, the glass decanters are clean and the charcoal filter is changed out regularly. It gives me piece of mind.
Each paid for themselves in just a few months compared to us buying 2-3 jugs a day at the store or having it delivered.
FYI: our water here tastes terrible and is full of minerals and makes brewed tea look like black opaque coffee without the distiller... no thanks!
This is a real virus that has been around for a long time. It circulates every year, especially in the winter months. It is in the same family of viruses as RSV, and the two viruses are very closely related, with similar symptoms (cold/flu symptoms). It mostly endangers young children and immunocompromised people just like RSV does. I would guess that the reason it is hitting much harder this year is because of all the people who damaged or destroyed their immune systems with the death jab and boosters.
My 3 year old special needs granddaughter just spent 11 days in the hospital with this virus, and nearly died. She had to be life-flighted to the nearest childrens' hospital. The only thing they could do for her was to provide supportive therapies (oxygen, fluids, breathing treatments, suctioning of mucus in the airways).
There ARE potentially helpful treatments, but our disgusting FDA will not approve them for use here in the US, even in life or death cases. In the last year, there has been a tremendous amount of published research coming out of India, where the virus is a real problem in their urban areas where they have 50 people per square meter. This research all seems to center around the use of aerosolized Ribavirin (FDA approved for use in treating RSV, but not HMPV), either alone or in combination with IVIG (intravenous immunoglobulin). These are not guaranteed cures, but early indications are that they do seem to dramatically increase survival rates in people who are very sick from HMPV. Luckily, my granddaughter recovered without these medications, because our demonic FDA will not allow hospitals to use them to treat HMPV, even in life or death situations.
I never believe it “can’t be cured” it only means they can’t or won’t cure it. High dose VitaminC, Vit D3K2, and zinc. CoQ10, oregano oil, just to name a few things I would try. Fear is contagious. But God always gives us options in every different region.

I attended a watercolor class Monday night before I realized it wasn’t allergies and that friends is also sick now and so is her entire family.
No mRNA jabs but I did have a required covid test before a knee replacement. Between that, people shedding and that weird fog a couple years ago (I inhaled something sharp in it) I figure I am compromised. I am immunesuppressed due to RA and Crohn’s. My granddaughter is completely unvaccinated, and the rest of our family has not taken any COVID vaccines.
