Islam CALLS ITSELF a religion but it is truthfully a military-designed scheme for global takeover, with components typical of a religion attached.
LACKING: the healthy connection with and compassion FOR others -- for other people, whether they are "in the group" or not -- that DEFINES a healthy, true religion.
ADDED to Islam: repeated exhortations for followers to DECEIVE, SUBJUGATE, AND KILL those NOT IN THE GROUP ("infidels"), making Islam a CRIMINAL and TERRORIST ORGANIZATION.
Millions of Muslims ignore that and are decent human beings.
But as long as ISLAM exists in its present form, it will remain a CRIMINAL and TERRORIST ORGANIZATION.
Note one more thing. Islam is very literal and resistant to reform. ie. you aren't officially allowed to re-interpret or upgrade it when the times change. This is another feature that keeps it to it's original malign purpose.
Yes. I don't really hold out any hope for reform. Islam really needs to be just ended.
But there ARE nice parts of Islam and Islamic culture; perhaps a new version of it -- or of just the culture -- might be spun off. That might hasten the movement away from the actual, malicious "religion."
Proof of origin. I think that evidence will turn up that Islam was created for a geopolitical purpose. My best guess is that evidence is in the Vatican.
Humiliation. If Islam is not militarily successful and it's leaders do not prosper ( like the Ayatollahs ) then it's a loser's club and nobody wants to be in that. Since the religion is shallow and about conquest, it's not robust to humiliation.
Awakening. My basic theory here is that Islam contains a lot of low vibrational ideas such as conquest and dominance and those will be a lot more difficult to maintain in a more awakened consciousness. As the average person becomes higher in vibration, Islam has fewer feasible hosts. Eventually, it'll only appeal to the 4-6% so to speak.
#1 seems like a slam-dunk given that Mohammed was (among other things) a military man.
#2 makes sense, but only if it is very widespread. Being martyred is a sought-after bonus in Islam, and I've actually seen posts saying the the deaths of Iran's leaders is seen by many fundamentalists as good -- they died in the cause and that's praiseworthy.
#3 is what I think will really do the trick, if anything does. And it's part of the general Great Awakening, including OUTING every evil group there is, every organization that pushes death or Satanism or hatred or tyranny or other unhealthy, vile action, system, culture, or system.

Treating Islam as a religion is a HUGE mistake.
Very well articulated fren!

There are a few things which will help.
