I understand what you are saying but.... what are these supposed loop holes? Because it is very clear it is just corrupt Mayors/Governors along with the Poll Workers allowing this... They have the 100% corrupt media on their side with the judges to hide the corruption and the printing companies and postal workers making and delivering them unknowingly (I assume). There really are no loop holes. Its just people breaking the law that is already there.
Current NVRA allows for mail-in voter registration which relies on self-attestation of Citizenship. This will be changed to requireing specific documents to be submitted in-person.
Current NVRA actually prohibits the states from mandating documentary proof for citizenship during voter registration. Save Act does the opposite.
Currently, 6 states are exempt from NVRA. These states will be covered by the new Act.
Mailin ballots dont have ID safeguards. Save Act fixes that.
There are also safeguards in people being able to sue their local governments to ensure these safeguards
I am kind of curious what makes you concerned about Save Act, or which sources informed you that there are no loopholes to be fixed? We have all seen what has happened over the past 8 years and I find it very strange that there are a few patriots who do not think Save Act is necessary or important.
I'm not concerned about it in itself. I am concerned it wont be passed in time to do any safeguarding. I have no information on loopholes and it was a question. I have seen several people throw out random bits so I ask about what it is. You came back and provided some of the rules which gives me a place to read up more. Thank you.

Yeah, but not enforced due to all kinds of loopholes. This act closes those loopholes.

Should specific that to get a voter ID in a state requires that you file an annual tax in that state. Skin in the game and all that.
