"Bloodlines of the Illumanati" by Fritz Springmeyer. Three book set that will make you fall asleep fast, but it does contain a whole lot of great information on how the bloodlines came about. It starts off with John Jacob Astor and goes from there. It does have a chapter about the Rothchilds, too.
Twenty bucks from Amazon and you won't have to do a lot of internet searches.
