The sad part is that those that moved will also bring with them mindsets from the states they left. That could change the political demographics of the states where they move. We can only hope that the majority are more conservative that simply were tired of progressive policies and the high cost of living. It is much harder for freeloaders to relocate across the country. Therefore I would think that among those that relocated, they are business oriented and high skilled workers that want something better. Unfortunately, liberals would also be among that group.
I have watched as my state Nevada, being right next door to CA, has demographically and politically changed over the years. It has gone from being a conservative leaning state to a pretty solid blue in the major city areas that have the population density to change the course of elections. The rural areas are still mostly solid conservative. The voter cheating has also increased during this shift. The voter fraud went off the charts once Dems gained the upper hand - just like what happened in Commiefornia. We will only know for sure what the actual makeup is if we can clean up the ballot box.
The democrats are going to be relegated to the wilderness after the reapportionment. Especially after mass deportation and or non citizens not being counted.
Add to that: I believe that Pennsylvania will become a reliable red state due to Trump flipping Pittsburgh. With all the fraud and corruption in Minnesota, it will become purple if not red.
That's just for one year. Expand that out to the past 10-15 years and the picture becomes more clear. Include all the businesses that moved and it becomes even clearer.

Tennessee is full, no more vacancy, please go somewhere else.
Betting that map would be radically different if all the illegal aliens are removed

I believe we are going to California turn red and there will be a mass migration back into the state after all of the corruption has been dealt with.

Conservatives welcome in Michigan....
