No, Jordan has no authority to override Boasberg's judicial decisions.
Jordan CAN begin impeachment proceedings against him. And the impeachment MAY make it out of his committee. And it MAY make it out of the House. But it would die in the Senate where it would need 60 (or 67) votes. However, some say the process would be the punishment.
Alternatively, the House could defund the entire DC Court - that may actually have a better chance of getting past all the red tape.
