It's just motion blur. You can still see the outline of the ring in the middle picture.
Honestly, anything can be made to look like anything today. Could be a fake AI vid to make it look like he is dead (anyone can make an AI video about anything). Unless you have an actually legit high def video with a chain of custody proof along with it then it might as well be a meme.
3 days ago I thought Bibi was either dead or severely wounded. Now I KNOW he's alive. For the least 2 days they've been posting videos to prove he's still alive, but all of them have glaring flaws, which means they're fake. So why do I believe he's alive? Because MOSSAD are not this stupid. I think they might actually want us to believe he's dead.

There needs to be a l aw that mandates some.kind of watermark or other defining mark in AI created content.
They would just ignore it.
They all use some sort of "watermark" in images, videos, or songs, but it's in the code that's generated that makes up the image. You have to take the original and analyze the script for the telltale signs each company uses for their models.
This is a recommendation that relies on 0 understanding of technology
