How tf do those bullets land safely. The angle looks too low for them to slow down.

Are those tracers? Is this a projectile weapon?
I don't think if it was laser it would be visible like that, unless that's just a targeting laser...
This is the c-ram - counter rocket, artillery, mortar.
I think the actual weapon is a Phalanx similar to the close in weapons systems on our Destroyers. Pretty sure this is like a gatling gun, 5000 rounds a minute or something like that.
