This is exactly the playbook, leak to the press the “presence of an investigation” absence of any evidence and convict them in the court of public perception. Never mind the fact nothing will ever come of this, he’s already guilty according to the news. You guys know better than this, come on.

agree. would the news of an investigation REALLY be leaked, when this guy has/had top clearance? investigations r kept secret for a reason.
