$14.6 Billion divided by 324 doctors, nurses and executives = $45 Million each.
I doubt that these doctors and nurses scammed an average of $45 Million. There must have been THOUSANDS more people involved, or major hospitals and insurance companies that were pocketing a good part of that money.
IMO, the fraud discovered so far appears to exceed the original funding of the programs when one considers that some got real, justifiable benefits also. Oh, wait. . .the government prints money!
