We know they won't want to. Hopefully it won't be in their hands. Bondi sits on her hands, it may be tough, but I certainly hope she is the first one punished, who is a big deal, as the VP said. They seem to, actually do, get away scot free so far
Need her doing hard time at Gitmo. Otherwise no deterrence brings more illegal actions.
Public servants must be put in their place and reminded who they work for.
