$3000 is nothing compared to the impact of eliminating income tax, and/or removing all the fraud from gov't spending. A 5% tax on the rich sounds like a permit to continue siphoning tax money from America.

Take all of Congress's ill-gotten gains and send it back to the taxpayers only, only those who paid in last year or are on social security and they paid in their working years, not those on ssi disability.
