The Alliance will never be broken by Trump and here's why, there's to much at stake to fracture it of any kind, he's built it up by forcing the alliance to pay more not less and i believe what he will do is increase the membership to the Middle East and more of the Western Hemisphere.
He just couldn't resist throwing pie in their face because the Optics were just to good to pass up.
We should leave NATO, take Greenland, make the Canadian Prairie Provinces the 51st state(s), keep our strong alliance with the Middle East and the Shield of the Americas, take back the Panama Canal that we built, create an alliance with Russia, and then tell the rest of the world to pound sand.
Australia can remain the prison island it was meant to be (their founding instincts clearly took over during the Plandemic), and the rest of the 5 Eyes can have an old-fashioned stare down with no US involvement.
China can make cheap shit for Europe, and they can all lie on their backs and stare up at Chinese-made windmills as they think of yesteryear.
Remember one thing - China will quickly move into any vacuum left by the US. That is essentially how we ended up with the CCP in our own backyard. The CCP and their goals should not be underestimated. But you are most correct about building alliances. The global situation today does not allow for lone actors - everything is too interconnected. But the allies we currently have are a huge disappointment. I don't agree with taking on Canada however - too many years of Canadians living under socialism and the CCP is firmly embedded. But I definitely agree with Greenland. We also must rethink 5 Eyes - they can no longer be trusted.
Venezuela and Cuba are/were major commie China supporters. Trump took Venezuela oil away from China and struck a deal to make Venezuela and the US both rich from it. Venezuela was Cuba's lifeline for Energy. Bye bye oil.
Panama canal was taken over by China. No longer. A loss for their belt and road.
Iran is another oil supplier for China. Bye bye black market oil. Time to pay full price China.
When I say Praire Provences of Canada I mean Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. I believe Alberta has a break away initiative ongoing.
Most people do not realize that Canada does not have a fully written Constitution. It is piecemeal and also uses "social norms" and the whims of the day to make decisions. IMO, it is ludicrous to run a country that way and is exactly why they have so many issues. "Social norms" with social media is a recipe for disaster. I really do not care much about the silver medal nation, but if the oil rich conservative provinces want to join us I am fine with Texas North.
There is no good reason tiny little dishes nation Denmark should control Greenland. They couldn't do one thing to stop Russia or China if they made moves on the territory. NATO is obviously zero help and probably worse, a jealous, entitled enemy at this point. Europe and and NATO are always there when they need us but not the other way around.
5 eyes is a global intel circle jerk. US, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand all spy on each other's people and share the dirty with each other. It basically circumvents the idea that a nation should not spy on its own citizens. They spy on each other as "foreign countries" but share all the data so it is basically each country spying on their own people.
I agree. I could see those Middle Eastern partnerships he has created being invited into NATO. Some will think this is to deter Russia, but the reality is to deter China.
The added economic power of the oil nations will further prevent China's ability to manipulate markets or push their sphere of influence.
Trump has a very clear understanding of who is the biggest threat to the US. Chyna. All of the major moves he has made since taking office have the CCP in view.
Art of the Deal: How do you generate MAXIMUM LEVERAGE with a negotiating party that NEEDS A DEAL? Threaten to "walk away".
If NATO is disbanded, the EU plans to re-assembly the remnants into the EU Security Organization, but it will likely be a smaller, discontinuous block with most of Eastern Europe and UK (and possibly Italy) with-holding their participation, especially Poland, Hungary, Czech, and Serbia (if those four are indeed all in NATO now).

I think Trump's moves are all about China.

Correct. Trump has more leverage if we stay in NATO rather than leave. But that does not mean that things stay the way they were.
