Pam Bondi is a Great American Patriot and a loyal friend, who faithfully served as my Attorney General over the past year. Pam did a tremendous job overseeing a massive crackdown in Crime across our Country, with Murders plummeting to their lowest level since 1900. We love Pam, and she will be transitioning to a much needed and important new job in the private sector, to be announced at a date in the near future, and our Deputy Attorney General, and a very talented and respected Legal Mind, Todd Blanche, will step in to serve as Acting Attorney General. Thank you for your attention to this matter! President DONALD J. TRUMP

Who wants to bet she will end up doing something related to the Trump Presidential Library? Her street cred at Fox News should get them the press they will need.
OR - maybe she will just end up on Fox News itself.
So, wait, help me understand something - everyone here seems to be on the same page re: Bondi being a giant zero. And Bongino needing to go. What happened to the "Scaramucci Model"? Where Trump intentionally brings in people to either setup future initiatives (Sessions/Whitaker/Durham)... where they are publicly shamed and described as useless. But actually doing a ton behind the scenes.
Vs. this all being happenstance, bad hires, do-nothing DOJ/AGs?
It's either all part of The Plan or it isn't. We're chasing Fox News headlines now and pretending like that's a valid take on these issues? What did I miss?
Exactly (I liked him). Presidents usually pick a temp they trust and is capable enough to do the job, but may not be able to be confirmed. Eventually they find someone that is palatable to both sides of the aisle and should be able to be confirmed. Zeldin shouldn't have any issues there - other than political games the demons like to play.
About fucking time. That's a year gone we will never get back.
Read on Citizen’s Free Press (my favorite site) that she was fired because she tipped off Eric Swalwell and Trump said that was the final straw.

He’s just being polite.
That line was sticking out for me as well, but I couldn’t think of anything that would fit.

Who knows if she was acting her part in the movie for some hidden cause. It was just frustrating to watch it. I'm relieved now.
time to put in the ass kicker

Who dat?

Current rumor for next AG (post-Todd Blanche) is Lee Zeldin. Blanche is just a temp.
Like Mat Whitaker ?
