I meant from a negotiating standpoint, intended targets withstanding. That weakness is empty threats followed by inaction under pressure. Would us acquiescing to Iran's last minute proposal be viewed as us having made empty threats and therefore lose our posture. I wasn't sitting here cheering for civilian deaths like you claim.
I read your edit, and yup, it's a victory. He literally got the Islamic regime to call for LITERAL human shields outside power stations and on bridges. They collapsed their own denials they use human shields in the name of Islam.
Honestly kinda think this makes us look weak, or that they successfully called our bluff.
