Employee? How come a civilian have documents that are super important in the military. The civilian shouldn’t have anything just the military personnel.

I think they should be setting lots of traps for people to get caught leaking. Make up fake information, give it only to a suspected leaker, if the information gets out, we know who leaked.

Civilians get information if they are helping the military. Like if they work at a weapons engineering company
