If we get rid of income tax by eliminating all the theft of taxpayer funds, then Trump can build anything he wants. Id rather have him put his face on Mt Rushmore. That would send leftists to the moon in their rage.

Is there an overhead diagram? I am having a terrible time figuring out how something that large fits into a space that is close to the Lincoln memorial, the river and primary entrances to the memorial and Roosevelt bridges and the Kennedy center.
