MUNICIPAL SERVICE CORP (MSC) gov't via two CORP PARTIES and rigged elections is NOT republican. 48 states were overlaid with CORP entities between 15OCT1933 and 20JAN1937 by STATE BAR CORPs (all incorporated between 1878 and 1932 for that purpose). HI and AK overlaid between 1959 and 1966 (likely at direction of LBJ).

Based on the article, I'd say you're right. It feels weird to type this, but it seems like the government is reining itself in.
