Well, Tbf with that, if you have a lot of plaque in your arteries, they are literally like scabs. They contain pockets of clot material and blood, and if you de-plaque them(ie. Loosen them), you are now sending a mini clot through your arteries, that needs to break up.
If you are someone who has tons of plaque all over, loosening and freeing that much plaque at once can have buildups and issues like that.
Its why I think, that why protocols and other stuff can be helpful, we are all amateur and holistic experimenters at the moment, until we can truly discuss alternative medicine, and the proper procedures they will take.
