It's a Northern Mockingbird. Gray Catbirds are more shy preferring dense cover. and Northern Mockingbirds are much bolder, more vocal and have a tendency to use lawns and gardens as their predominant habitat.
Yep, they also have a gray coat and a black cap. Video is 2:27 long, which leads to this Q drop. Seemed odd to me that Kim Jong was the only one wearing gray, along with his dark black hair.

If I remember correctly Gray Catbirds can mimic the songs of other birds. I’m not sure that’s relevant to this post, just a fascinating ability.
