Hubby is a geotech; we were talking about this yesterday. I’m sure all of the ME countries leaders know about this issue and have been helping take down Iran. This really is rewriting the economic future.
To start them up when they are shut down and get the water out is a process and time consuming to even get it going.
I've heard this, which I guess is why it's taking so long to ramp everything back up that the criminal-idiot Resident Buden shut down.
Actually, it was even worse than that. Biden yanked permits for existing wells in areas that had known sources and did not permit drilling in those known areas. Oil companies then had to spend time finding other possible oil reserves and then apply for permits for those areas. On top of that, Biden’s asshats slow-walked those applications.

The article misses the biggest point of all. The facts of geology and oils wells is what POTUS knows as well. HE is going to keep the strait closed until the IRGC has no more means to fund its terrorist and nuclear activities. They were set to receive up to 50% of the revenue from oil exports. As long as they cannot export oil, they have no new money to fund their terrorist ambitions.
